I have an S900 with WKM installed. Can I still install and use iOS 2.4ghz groundstation with this system and is it still supported by DJI ?

Yes, the Wookong would be able to use the 2.4 GHz Datalink for iPad Groundstation and is still a viable product.

That's great, thanks Jamie. So there's no interference with that installed between the ground station receiver and the aircraft receiver at 2.4 too?

To clarify, what kind of RC are you using?

You would be fine. There is enough variation in the Datalink and Futaba's channel hopping ability to allow them to work together. When you upload a flight path to the Datalink, it will override the RC during the flight until the route is completed, so that will eliminate interference as well.

Ok but a lot of the time I'll be flying manually and using the datalink to monitor. This will be ok though? Thanks for the help Jamie.

No problem. What you plan to do would not be an issue.
