Hello.
My problem is strange nois from Gimbal fan.
When i turned on the OSMO and move it i get strange nois from Gimbal fan.
Below is the video of Gimbal with that nois. Nois start at 12s of video.

Is it faulty gimbal ?

Hi, do you think it's from the fan or gimbal movement?, that noise not normal, when you record a video and the fan cuts out, is the noise still there when operating the gimbal?

It's definitely Gimbal fan. When i change position of OSMO vertical to horizontal or move just Gimbal with joystick up or down, the nois appear.
When i start recording with option "stop fan" on, this nois don't appear. But when i stop and fan turns on the nois appear again.
It's anoing and this is new DJI OSMO received from warranty service.

Unfortunatly the unit will have to go back again to get the internal fan repaired

I'm getting to be disappointed of DJI OSMO...
I have had OSMO only a month and encounter two faults already.
One fault in each Gimbal, where the second fault appeared in a new brand Gimbal straightly from the service.
It really irritates me...Now again shipping payment and waste of my time.
Im waiting for the service reply from support.eu@dji.com in this case...

Already have tried to blow it... no permanent result.
This noise always come back when i start to changing OSMO position.
Especially when pan forward OSMO.
It's something like..the fan is getting to move on his bearing to much (some sort of slack) or lose balance and start to touching something.

We're really sorry about this, you have to contact support.eu@dji.com and send it in for repair.
