hello there forum,ive got a problem?ive just bought a dji phantom brushless gimball..but i just can t get it to work,ive plugged in my 7.4 v 2000 mah battery and nothing...do i need an adapter..or different battery...please help

The DJI gimbals are meant only for DJI aircraft.
Which aircraft do you have and which gimbal did you buy.

Hello Ken have a different problem with a Gimbal on my Phantom 2 vision plus. It had been setting for 2 years. I plugged it in to my laptop to keep setting and if any updates was needed. It did 2 or 3 firmware updates and now my gimbal is not working at all. Then I power up the drone no movement. I have read where this had happened in the past and one of the DJI monitors was going to email a person some instructions on how to fix it.Thank you
