I'm trying to setup my DJI Phantom 2 with the software, but I cannot get the controller to be recoginised by the software,

-the controller is on
- connected via usb
- i have installed the drivers file from dji

If anyone has any ideas about how to help solve this i'd love to hear them.
I can try both pc and mac so suggestion for both are welcome

perhaps this thread will help you. Otherwise, try to install the driver and DJI RC System Assistant on another computer and try it there.

conflan06, make sure your USB cable is connected to the remote controller -- and, not to the Phantom. It should only be connected to the Phantom when using the Phantom Assistant application.
