I'm from Vietnam, about a month ago, I asked my local dealer FLYCAMPRO to send in a Phantom 3 Advanced for warranty. Now I'm informed that my aircraft is covered by DJI. I'm saying that I'm very satisfied with DJI service. But I want to know what is the error that cause my AC free falling and its sending out status.
