Last time I was on chat with dji they confirmed there was an update in process to cure the problem the last update caused and also I have an rma number and a label to send my drone of but hey I got send the purchase recent which I don't have as I brought it second hand what do you adcise

The proof of purchase is necessary. Is it able to get the proof of purchase from that guy who sells the drone to you？What's your RMA number？
