Gimbal S/N
so that I can get the DJI Care for a year for my Phantom 3 Advanced..

I cant find it anywhere I checked the box and it says that the number I entered doesnt exist..

Normally all the serial numbers are on the external packaging box.

IIRC they changed that so that you could send in video verification in a very defined structure to prove the bird is properly operational. .

Ah, this is new. Good to know, thanks. Did they also changed the policy about it being a one-time deal?  I need to check in on this

The serial number for the aircraft is on the bottom of the shell itself next to the battery compartment. It is not the one on the VPS, but next to it. For the Camera, it can be found on the gimbal itself next to the pan servo.

My question: is there a separate CAMERA serial number for the Mavic pro? If so, where can I find it? And please don’t go with „Why doch you need it?“, ok? I simply need to know. Thanks.
