Hey guys,

Probably simple fix but I can't!....

With the Osmo in the upright position I can move the gimbal up and down AND SIDE TO SIDE, But go over 45 degrees and it will only move up and down and the side to side does nothing BUT I can do it on my iPhone screen so I'm stumped!.

Do you have the joystick set to 'free' under settings?

Nope makes zero difference at all. Maybe fw issue.

Hi, are you on the latest firmware?  It's not normal, because the gimbal should be able to control the camera head to rotate over 45 degrees horizontally, something close to ±180 degree.  Try reset the options in your DJI GO and try again. If it doesn't work, I suggest you contact support.eu@dji.com and send it in for repair. Thank you.
