I sent in my Ronin for repair with my PROtastic extension arms fitted. The Ronin came back, replaced, but alas minus the extension arms. I took a photo before I sent the Ronin to show the extension arms fitted.
I have phoned and written twice but alas, no response from DJI at all.
Can anyone out there help before I start looking into legal proceedings?
