Well, I've seen others lightning shots, and try to get my own everytime there's a chance of a storm.  I finally got 5 solid minutes of my very own lighting!  Here's the "big one":

That really is neat, thank you for sharing. You may want to be careful that your aircraft doesn't become the next lightning rod.

Thanks to all!  DJI-H.C, I agree that the still image is very light, but I really don't think there's anything I can do about it.  I think the speed and intensity of the bolt was so extreme, that it overwhelmed the camera.  Here is the frame immediately before the bolt with the fingers, and the two frames immediately afterwards... all within the same second.  I really like the before frame, because it captures the actual line of light and darkness during the strike's illumination.  The very last frame (After2) shows how dark it really was before and after the strike.
