I have never tried the Osmo in the beach, does anyone have any recommendations for me in order to take care of the camera? (besides don't got into the water with it).

Not really, you might want to try ND filters if the sun light is too bright.

Some people saying that getting too close to sea surface will make some salty moisture go into your electronics and cause damage. It's not on the official manuals, and I'm not able to verify that.
