On my M600 I am trying to see if there is a free channel and button to operate a servo switch, its to start/stop a camera record on a second camera.

At this time the F channels that could allow to map 3rd party servos is not accessible at this time. This will be made available in a future firmware update for the A3. If you have a Ronin MX with your M600, then you can purchase a Remote Start/Stop and cable for the more common camera combinations.
