I have a new OSMO. Activation was succesfull. After taking same pictures and changing the battery, i have both LED solid green. Connection to WIFI is possible. No Videos and photo taking possible.
Any Idea?????

Hi, do you mean it was working fine at first, then it stops working? Does it has live feed through DJI Go?

Also, try this, go to here, http://www.dji.com/product/osmo/info#downloads , download OSMO Firmware

put the bin file into a clean SD card, shut down your Osmo, insert the SD card, press the "trigger+record(red dot)+power switch" for about eight seconds, release,  and you'll see LED light blinking, after about  10 minutes, it will stop blinking. Restart the Osmo, and see if it's working

On the DJI Go i only the the powerstatus, in the First raw. All other are N/A.
I have nötig the OSMO Raw. I think the correct version is OSMO Firmware v1.6.2.10.
I trayed to make an firmware Update to this version, without succes. Firmware Update doesn't start.

Yes v1.6.2.10 is the latest FW you should use for your x3.
Check your osmo (in 'about') to see what version it has, it may already have the latest FW.
Maybe post a video of your problem.

Here the stauts. Firmware is unknown. Firmware update via sd-card does not work.

Hi, the left LED looks like solid Yellow to me, instead of green.  Would you please try a different SD card? That indicates a SD card issue. If it still doesn't work, please contact your seller to see if you can get a direct exchange, if not, please contact support.eu@dji.com and send it in for exchange/repair. Thank you.

Ok, i tested the sdcard from my phantom. Same lets are on. the only thing was happened, is, the firmware version is now visible

When you unlock the gimbal, can you operate the gimbal?
What device are you using? can you test with another device?
Change the wifi to 5.8Ghz to see if it makes any difference
Also try removing the gimbal check the conections and refit it,
Try deleting the app and reinstalling it.

What device are you using? can you test with another device? iPhone 6s IOS 9.3.5
Change the wifi to 5.8Ghz to see if it makes any difference    no changing
Also try removing the gimbal check the conections and refit it,     no changing
Try deleting the app and reinstalling it.   no changing

Ok, looks like it will have to go in for repair, or can you get a exchange osmo from the place you bought it from?
