I was trying to take some video and it was impossible to frame the shot with the screen dropping out and freezing and jerky in the app… The bird wasn't far away and to my knowledge there was nothing around to cause any interference. I am usnig an ipad air 2 with everything up to date.

Pretty common with the latest firmware, a lot of us are experiencing the same thing.

Does the iPad have plenty of free space? Do you have Hardware Decoding enabled? Have you tried clearing the video cache from the DJI Go App?

You need alot more experience fly more and you will get it!
