When i am in the app trying to look up it will go very slow but when i go down it wil go fast can someone help me to fix it?

Thanks i did it but when i am in the app it will still slowly go up and i cant connect my transmitter so you know why?

Please try to reconnect again.If still the same,I'd suggest you email support.eu@dji.com. Tech support will help you out.
