DJI-Ken,  Sir,  I have attempted to convert some of my accumulated points.

But I don't see where the conversion has been recorded below.

I don't know how the points work and have sent this thread along for an answer.
Also, you have to respond to one of my posts otherwise I do not get a notification. Using the @ sign doesn't do anything with the DJI forum.

No problem at all.

It says "*You have already exchanged 5400 points this month."

How were you able to do it last time?  

This once, is or was the last time... Never have I attempted this point transfer, before.
Figured, there is no time like the present.  So, here we are...
Tapped the Exchange button, but nothing shows up.
What happens next? Where do I cash in, or how are these forum transactions, to get completed?

Respectfully, They seem to have a slightly different itinerary than you have here... Haha
And some separation, is evidently beneficial to a better coexistence. ;-)

There are many of us, on this forum, who frequent both . I get a more kind of relaxed cerebral satisfaction here, than there.
The ambiance and atmosphere are of different allevations. Forum moderator opinions and attitudes differ.
There is no longer any interaction between qualified DJI representatives and that forum anymore.

Honestly, I know nothing about how that works. You can email online stores for that question.

Seems like the system is broken. You folks fixed the first part, where I could eventually manage to transfer points, but now it sits idle, in this auditing phase. Has anyone been able to actually buy something from DJI through this avenue?

Just curious, if this is a normal waiting period, or if the points system needs an overhaul. ;-)

DJI-Ken, if you have dealt with Align, then you already know how awesome their customer services are...That's partly why they are the number one, numero uno RC heli company in the known universe.
They continue to grow, develop and become greater...
Their fine products are global, much like DJI.

I'm sorry, I didn't see the email in this thread. I am looking and responding to over 100 things a day here and on other social media as well.
You can email djiken@dji.com and I wil check that email later today.
I do only look art that email once a week or so.

Cool, thank you. I really appreciate everything you and your coworkers do, for us, all here, and at headquarters in China.
I will send you my please, in hopes that something can be done to help elevate my current frustration, and dismay.

For anyone reading this, I had a minor mishap, and need to replace a most delicate part of my flight kit.
Nothing to do with this forum, or anyone in or around it. Just a small personal issue, that really struck me...

Hi, we're aware of this issue and will solve it as soon as possible. The system is a bit new to this and needs some practise. Not many people have saved up enough credits to redeem like you.

You need to type in your own numbers first. That 1800 is just an example. A place holder.

Happy that you have it all figured out now.
I only banked my converted points, but I have not attempted to "cash" them in yet, to buy something...
Hopefully when the time is right, & comes, I'll have enough points accumulated to buy a decent reward. ;-)

Pretty much along the same time frame of when your new avatar showed up. Hahaha
Give it a week, and a few days... It is a long drawn out process, but it will be done...

Wow that's a lot of points in a month.  Way to go man.  Keep up the good work (I personally would buy a drone with all of that $$$$$)

Points are accumulated over a period of time. You may transfer them once a month. Minimum of 1800.

Mine original points were collected for well over several months.

Up to 16776 points today.

Usually last day of the month so if you try draw down today you will have a whole month to wait.

You can redeem your points once a month. Anytime is fine, but on last day, you may include that previous month. Once you redeem them, it might take a few days to a week. It was taking longer but, they are being more attentive to this activity now.

180 points is equal to $1.00 1800 points equals $10.00
18,000 points equals $100,00 credit towards DJI store purchase.

10 credits is equal to $10.00 worth of shopping... ;-)

Thanks bud. Yes, it's a long process to buy a reasonable purchase through this DJI credit program.


But I think the incentive is there. We had a few more point collecting options, but that seems to have been let go, for now.

Perhaps those other point evaluations will be given a second chance. Hopefully, the broken and bruised  PM functionality and buggered friends list gets priority first. ;-)
