Hello there please take a minute and read this.

I purchased the DJI Osmo about a month ago and i am nothing but disapointed. The first camera i received stop working within 2 weeks, i called DJI for help and they quickly delivered a new gimball to failed again at this point i am no happy at all. Not recomending the brand to any of my colleagues. not to mentioned i also own a DJI P2, DJI P4, and the 2 time loosed DJI Osmo

Hi, looking at the video, the Camera Status light is solid yellow indicating a SD card error, have you tried another sd card?
What was the warning that come up at 3.17mins? I also saw format sd card on the device that poped up, unless you pressed the format sd button, I didn't see that was out of shot.

Hi, I would also suggest you format the SD card or try a new SD card and see if it works.  If it still doesn't work, please email support.us@dji.com and send it in.

I TRY BOTH FORMAT SD CARD AND WHEN I SHOT THE VIDEO I USED A NEW CARD
