One more question.  Any logical explanation why the additional chargers on the DJI store do not include an AC power cord?  What good is the charger without it?

That is strange, maybe one of the DJI guys on here can answer that one?

DJI have just confirmed on live chat (love that), YES you can use a P2 power lead with an I1 charger. Great news.

At a guess it would be so they can send any unit to anywhere in the world without needing  the correct plug for that country, makes sense to me...

I got mine...Australian 2 pin plug.
Not unless your's is tucked away beneath the cases padding somewhere?

I'd say this is the answer.

Just means a single box for all international orders for the charger.

Yes, it simplifies ordering on their end. Same charger worldwide with different ac cords available to fit the application.
Or... if you are replacing a burnt out one, you would not want to pay for another ac cord that you wouldn't need.
First time I bought a printer was bothered that it didn't come with the cord to connect it to the computer.
But later when I replaced that printer, I was glad that it didn't come with the cord, as I already had one.
