I sent this to the hotel's manager and she seems interested, just wondering what others have charged for something similar. This is a luxury resort in Costa Rica, if that isn't clear.
I'd imagine giving them an unlimited commercial license to the footage.

That's about what I was thinking

Very nice, but I suggest you use it as bait and turn it into a bigger job that has lots of footage of the property and guests enjoying themselves.  As it stands it's more of a generic video about the area.

I agree, as it stands you could maybe ask $1000 (make sure you've licensed the music first) and maybe try to turn it into a $5k branded video.

Just want to thank you for all your videos and advice regarding the X5, I was able to get a Perfect Used one at a good price and am really learning alot .  I reference your videos and advice for Information , I know you dont own the X5 but your overall advice regarding the Basics of Photography have been very helpful.

I do hope  you get the X5 Raw  someday and can  put it through its paces and share with us more information .
