I've still got the old RC (without gimbal wheel) and I'm looking for a better option to tilt the H3-3D gimbal. Is anybody using a pitch controll nob? Is it that much better to use for accuracy? Any downside to it? Any better ideas?

Hi there,

all you can do is fine the right trim pot, or better said the OHM value. As I am still using the normal back lever system I I have never measured the OHM value.  

The RC from the Phantom 1 uses 4,7K -Ohm (linear), the RC from Phantom 2 uses 5K-Ohm (linear). That's not the problem. I just don't wan to drill a hole into the controller and unsolder the stock poti just to find out that this was a big mistake.
