Hello all.
MY DJI OSMO HAS PROBLEMS: 1) Black screen in the DJI GO APP. NO LIVE VIEW. Osmo is in Sleep Mode. 2) SD CARD cannot be formatted, "Error: FORMAT TIME OUT" (64GB sandisk ultra xc I formatted in mac exFAT) 3) CANNOT RECORD AT ALL 4) Firmware upgrade not taking up. no blinking red/green light. Does not show firmware version on DJI GO.
The following is working though:
1) Wifi can connect between device and OSMO. 2) DJI GO can move gimbal, calibrate it 3) DJI GO can see battery and status
BUT IT HAS A BLACK SCREEN. CANNOT FORMAT SD CARD (ERROR: SD CARD FORMAT TIME OUT) CANNOT DO A SD CARD FIRMWARE UPGRADE.
THE DJI GO IS V.2.9.1 (2612) IOS on iphone 5. THE DJI OSMO FIRMWARE VERSION CANNOT BE READ ON THE DJI GO APP. it was 1.0.1.19+ APP : 02 2.8.6(2585) AirOFDM: 09
I need help with this ASAP. Previously tech emailed me and asked me to look into Hidden LOG file. I tried opening up the hidden files but there is nothing in the hidden LOG file.
I am giving up on this. It is very unreliable.....
