Just got my new Phantom 4 and 2 out of 3 of my batteries will not turn on the aircraft. Any suggestions?

Hello Z03rwf, the two batteries are fully charged, right? when you press power button for 1 second, release it and then hold it for 2 or 3 seconds, how about the led status?
Please try to unplug it and plug it again for several times, and clean the connectors of the battery and the drone.
If no improvement, please make a short video, thanks.

How many LED's light up when you press the battery button once?

If none, then plug it into the battery charger.  If it doesn't start to charge then you may have DOA batteries.

If you DO get an LED when you press the battery button once, press and hold to turn the battery on, then plug it into the charger for a full charge.
