So, running OSMO PRO firmware 1.3.0.40 with latest DJIGO app on iOS and am getting problems with the Olympus lens apertures for the 12mm, the 14-42mm and the 45mm.

Changing the lens without closing the Go App causes the app to not recognize the lens aperture.  Resetting the app fixes this.  (adding this note for those who this wasn't clear to... I power off the OSMO before changing lenes but am leaving the Go app running).

So until DJI correct this, I must restart the Go App every time I change the lens.

Also, am not able to get the 14-42mm (pancake lens) to retract (flatten) when powering off the OSMO.  Anyone else experiencing this?  The lens is stuck full extended and I can't get it to close.

The first one you described seems an issue with the app, I'll report it.
The 2nd one, are you able to retract the lense before you power off Osmo Pro?

The lens retraction works fine on the Inspire 1.  It only fails to retract on the OSMO.

Yeah, it seems to be a bug in the firmware, I've already noticed R&D of this issue
