I have tried to change my username so many times and no matter what I enter from my own name to something really ridiculous it still keeps saying ....Username already exists. Any know what I Am doing wrong and how can I do the change successfully.

     One thing that may be happening is you are not "applying" the change.  When you use the option, there is a "Done" tab to be clicked or pressed (or something like that).  If you do not "enable" the change, the software will not recognize the change.  Try again and see is something like that is going on.

     BTW, your account is email address based.  The final email address you use will be your connection to DJI.
