Hello,
I own amongst other DJI copters a phantom 4.
Frequently I'm doing facebook live drone videos and I recognized that the aspect ratio is sometimes different.
Sometimes I have a nice 16:9 picture, sometimes I got a 16:9 with 4:3 letterbox, like you can see here:

Does anybody has the same issue and know the reason for this? Can I avoid the 4/3 letterbox by using special settings?

Their mobile app is very broken with respect to videos. It might be that? Or do you see the same on a "real" computer?

That'a just from the screenshot of my phone.

Try switching to video priority mode (16:9) instead of photo priority (4:3) using the HUD.  It's located on the right hand side above red shutter icon.
