Since yesterday, since I updated the application on my phone and tablet, it shows me the following error: "Login Failed: Cannot connect to the internet" and just can't login from neither device. Today I updated everyhing once more, but it's still not working. Please help!
You don't need to login, just connect to the phantom power it up and open PT2 and click on upgrade button, it will tell you that everything is updated.
There has been a confusion, I am talking about the application on the phone and the tablet where I am just trying to log in after the installation has been done and it give me the aforementioned error.
did you get the phone app from the dji download page?
I have the DJI APP on my 10 inch apple tablet, when it ask me to login, I always cancel and just continue, I don't use a phone
Okay, so probably you know that when you install the application on your phone or tablet, at first you are requested to enter an account and I am trying to do this. Now I notice that on the phone, because it is with Android, the error is: request timeout. Please someone help, on both devices I cannot log in into the application.
