How long does it take to get a refund????

I placed my order for the Osmo Mobile on 9-11.... was supoose to ship in 3-5 days which now has turned into around 9-22... want a refund but from what I have read its a very long process

The time can vary depending on where you're located. The best course of action would be to get in contact with the North American Support Center, who can get you set up with the refund process should you still choose to move forward with the request.
