First time I used DJI support and am very pleased. The support rep was very dedicated to work with me on my issue to completion. When a process or step would of taken a long period of time they would stay on phone with you. Even there was a followup email to verify everything still worked correctly. Most other vendor supports just treated you as ticket to have removed from their queue. Other vendor supports usally drop offline for any long steps or processes and have you call back.
DJI support I would give 5 Stars.
