I'm not getting any lights on my Vision 2 camera. Anyone any tips or things I can try?

Sorry, yes the app will not connect. There is no light on the camera. I have checked and have power at the plug, but the camera will not switch on.

No. I cannot connect to the camera through the app, so no photos or video. The camera should have a light on when the drone is powered up, but I have no light, no connection and no photos or video.

Have you tried to re-bind the range extender again?
Could you please check the "About" page on the APP and post a screenshot here?

There are 3 sets of cables that come from the Phantom to the gimbal board. The 2 wide cables acts like a bridge to power up the gimbal. Unplug these 2 and inspect and make sure they are not damaged. Reseat them firmly and try again. If this does not work, then chances that the wifi module is dead or not sending power to the gimbal.

To see if there is power to the wifi module, you will need to open up the phantom. With the newer revised modules, they are perforated with holes. You can actually see if there is power by looking through the holes to see if the LEDS flash green or red.
