Brand new Phantom 4 plummeted to the ground from about 50 meters above ground when I was returning it to home. Now its broken and I checked your website for assistance but could not find anything helpful. Please assist I don't know what to do. I am in South Africa.

You'll find that happens A LOT with their drones, but usually the response is  "conclusion: the aircraft worked well before crash' not enough evidence to find out what happened. User will receive 10% off next item"
