Hello Coolure, is this directly from the SD card or is this cached video from your mobile device? may I know what mobile device you are using? have you tried to change another mobile device? Format SD card, reset camera settings?
Please cool down your device, turn off all other background programs, then check again. If you use IOS device, please enable "hardware decoding" on generally settings page.
