Hi Everyone.

Maybe a silly question, but...
Is it possible to charge the batteries when the process of Auto Discharge is started? (Set mine on 3 days.)
Example: Sometimes you want to fly but there is something in between. The night before you've recharged the batteries, and everything is ready to go the next day.
but there is something in between, Meeting, Traffic, overtime,  bad weather or something else.
The next time I can fly again is only about three days.
Auto Discharge process has already started than.
If I charge the batteries now, I damage the battery?
Or is it just ok to do so. because you always want to start with a 100% battery.

JpK

If I understand your question, the answer is yes. You can change the discharge from one day to ten days, personally have mine at five days. You need to power all your equipment up, then go into the Go app and look under the battery setting. If you have more than one battery you will need to power cycle and do the setting with each battery.

The question is: Can you charge a smart battery that has started to automatically discharge?
I don't know the correct answer, but I'd guess yes.

And yes to your other question, very important to ALWAYS start your flight with a 100% charged battery. It's not going to hurt your battery to top it off, in cause it started to auto discharge and now you want to go fly. Just don't do it on a whim, only because you know you're heading out to fly today. Otherwise let it stay in auto discharge mode till your sure you're going.

Yes you can.
Your battery will stop discharging anyway any time you turn it on.

Hi JpK , you can charge the battery, it will not affect it's function and performance.
Hope this video tutorial will help you.

As has been stated, pressing the button terminates the discharge cycle.
You can then charge it up and use it or let it sit and wait for the next pre programmed discharge cycle.

This is NOT true.  Pressing the button BEFORE it has started discharging resets the countdown timer and it has to wait the set time again.  Pressing the button AFTER discharge has started does NOT stop the process once it has started.  I've done it several times to know how long it takes to discharge.
