Dear All,
Did Anyone ever had this problem?
My osmo suddenly cant campture photo or records video, the app screen goes black. Camera setting can't be changed it stuck at iso 100, speed 1/8000,
the gimbal workfine, but the button record and shutter on osmo handle is nor working.
I tried to update the firmware but it has already in the latest firmware.
I check :
the camera firmware is failed,
gimbal 01.29.00.92,
encoder failed,
OFDM 00.00.0081,
Wifi 01.00.09.48,

Tried to reset ( trigger+shutter+power) didnt work

Anyone can help me?

Please try to update it again .Format your SD card, then put the .bin file in your SD card, put the SD card in Osmo and press “trigger+record(red dot)+power switch” buttons together for about 5 seconds, your Osmo will start updating and blinking red and green for about ten minutes and stops.
If still no improvement , I'd suggest you email support@dji.com and send it in for evaluation.

Did you fix it? I have the same situation

Or just downgrade to OSMO Firmware v1.6.2.10 which is super stable
I don't see extra features of OSMO Firmware v1.8.2.40 vs stability.
I even didn'r upgrade when I read the pb on last firmware.

Hello Thor.
Now, it is blinking red and green forever....if I interrupt it after 20 minutes, or I just let the battery die...
I turn it on, and DJI GO now thinks it is a INSPIRE dron :S

I did not.... I even had to change my work, because I was living of filming....and I spent a lot on that camera, and not working now....

Why? Do you have any advice?
