Im currently in the process of returning my phantom after it came back from "repair" faulty.
I sent the phantom off under the case number:CAS-250369-V5B5N9
This was deliver to repair EU on thurs, obvs due to the weekend it has officialy "recived" today.
But whats odd is there is now a new case number: 160919NXA-P3C4320
This is a different style case number than ive seen before and also the is Chinese writing next to the case(see below).
Also the tracking is saying assessed and qouted but as of yet no emails.

Happy to wait . Already onto the repaired and testing stage !! But i am curious as to why im not receiving any status emails this time last time i was given plenty of information through the process!
You could also check progress through the case number. Happy to hear it's under testing stage now, if everything is fine, it will be sent back soon i think~
