Hi,
I have read a numerous post in this forum saying their satisfaction and others saying dissatisfaction for the product and the service from this company
I myself until today still have trust that dji will bring the best effort to make the customer happy.
from this forum i want to suggest dji to consider opening service center in Indonesia or maybe official store in Indonesia, it's very hard to get spare part or accesories for my dji phantom 3 pro. In Indonesia no official store and service center available and if something happen to my drone it takes a lot of time and patient to get drone fly again.
So please consider my suggestion, thank you
