i have recently had need to make use of customer service as I am a "newbie" to a Phantom 3 Standard. My flight battery suddenly stopped accepting a charge so at first contact DJI Customer Service basically bent over backwards and then went the extra half mile to ensure that things were sorted out for me. They even sent a prepaid shipping label at their cost for the batteries return.
There are a lot of other Customer Service organisations who could take a leaf out of there book and practices.
