I am wanting to upgrade to a Phantom 4 so would like to get something for my mint condition P3, extra battery and hardshell backpack.  Any easy way to do this that anyone knows about? I live in the USA.  Thank you in advance.

You would want to look at private selling sites such as Craigslist or eBay. There are 3rd party RC forums that have selling sections as well.
