Hi I made contact with dji seller to send my phantom 3 S to warranty... He sent the email to dji and open a case Then I send the phantom to DJI Netherlands and payed the shipping I sent the drone in september 12 and the tracking shows that the package was delivered on september 15 After a week nothing append ... Not even an email with receive confirmation
The "repair progress inquiry" only shows case number and costumer name (the seller name)... is this normal in UE service? if so... its very bad.... at least they should in a day or two confirm the reception....
At this rate i will received the drone back for christmas!!
