Hi
I made contact with dji seller to send my phantom 3 S to warranty... He sent the email to dji and open a case
Then I send the phantom to DJI Netherlands and payed the shipping
I sent the drone in september 12 and the tracking shows that the package was delivered on september 15
After a week nothing append ... Not even an email with receive confirmation

The "repair progress inquiry" only shows case number and costumer name (the seller name)...
is this normal in UE service? if so... its very bad.... at least they should in a day or two confirm the reception....

At this rate i will received the drone back for christmas!!

I am not worried...
I send it on 12-09-2016, was received at DJI on 15-09-2016 (mail delivery)
Was tagged received at DJI repair progress on 23-09-2016 and repair cost quoted same day..
now its on repair and test... lets see how many days it will take to repair.... and then to be delivered...

CAS-259490-S6J6Z4 , I sent it myself it was arranged collection from dji by ups, I know they received it last Monday but have heard nothing yet.

I did recive i used craft and what a cock up
1- the craft is not fit to fly
2- battery where used
3- the camera is making buzzing sound and would not stay still
contact you again and like all you cock ups i need to send back to you again when is this going to be resolved
We are willing to create a new pick up in order to have the craft checked again, we will add an extra battery for the inconvenience caused, we normally do not do this but as this is a special case we handle it accordingly. Please let us know if you are willing to proceed.

Hi DJI Natalia I am still waiting for repair service to contact me regarding my repair, you said last week you had escalated my case but unfortunately still nothing, I'm disappointed as it is now two weeks since I sent it it has been received by repair centre in holland over a week ago and still no word, you have my case number,

DJI Natalia there is no new case number this is the same case going back to when i was 6 weeks younger that is  the 10 September CAS-255319-R3X9W0 i am still waiting for a return ticket (second time now)
All i want is a new craft with a new battery plus a extra for compensation like DJI said, thats a,ll nothing more nothing less, is it to much to ask may i ask {:4_157:}

Well i am still on this case because is not solved and so that i dont get confused the new case number is  CAS-282198-S5D1Y7
Thanks DJI Natalia and please make sure we close this case amiably with a new craft and i mean NEW one, plus a spare extra NEW battery as promise by DJI for the inconvenience.
Also please pretty please can you make sure the craft is updated and the transmitter too  and all  is working OK i am going on holiday in 10 days and i would like to have fun with my new Drone
