I need some help from a DJI rep. I emailed support trying to get a new mobile device holder for my P3S. Mine is cracking at the screws that hold it to the transmitter.
Correspondance seemed to be going well. I sent an email with my request and sent them all the info they were requesting (personal info, product purchase info, pictures of problem). At first they said it would be 24-48 hours to get approved and shipped out. When I followed up 2 days later, they told me the same thing. I was okay with it since I know sometimes things happen or get overlooked. They said it would be another 24-48 hours. I follow up again, and no reply at all.


Request # 280513. If there is a way to contact you via email, I can forward the emails I have.

It looks like the package went out Today, have you received an email with the tracking number?

I actually just got it. I didn't know it was coming because I never got a tracking #. Close thread.
