When PH2V stands powered on, on the table, it blinks green-red-red-red, an so on, what did that indicate. ?

that is after the self check.  self check is like GYRGRY but then it goes into sat search mode...

GRRR is <5 sats locked
GRR is 5 sats locked
GR is 6 stas locked
G is >6

Assuming you are in NAZA mode, it means not enough sats for GPS home lock, as explained in the Naza manual.

it caught me off guard too b/c i do not recall it doing that in phantom mode, i first noticed it when i changed to naza.

It must be I'm in NAZA mode when I drive through the city because I usually catch 3 red lights for every 1 green light.

Next step is upgrade to 3.10, its in 3.8 now but not quit sure, have heard some have "bricked" their Phantom :@

then, yes, bwj, in phantom mode the blinks are different so you just noticed the change because it coincided with your naza switch... exactly same thing happenned to me...
