Can you change the channels on the 3 standard? I seem to have to many wifi sorces around my neighborhood. I try to get out in the rural areas to fly, but friends keep telling me i need to change channels to increase range.

im not positive if you can do this with the standard, but i dont see why you wouldnt.

If it is possible on a standard, this is how you would do it:

No matter what your friends tell you, use the automatic channel selection mode. It is designed to automatically change channels if the channel it is using gets hit by another device. If you select only one channel, then it has nowhere to go.

Hello fppjlarry, there is no that option for phantom 3 standard, because it is WiFi image transmission. You could check the WiFi signal strength on the WiFi list of your mobile device. And please be far away from the interference.
