Hi,
Very happy operator a P3 Pro I have access to, fly's beautifully. So I purchased a P3 ADV from kogan in Australia to start my own bussiness.
So I received the drone and knew straight off the bat something wasn't quite right the new drone had toilet bowl effect has soon as it took off, and yes I have performed numerous compass calibrations and 2 advanced IMU calibrations prior to flights, this happens in all areas. The P3 pro I use works fine in these areas.
The unit will also get compass errors on every flight, and when braking during fwd flight will move left about 1-2m and when braking during rev flight it moves right.
So I send the unit back within the first week or so and the DJI tech's found nothing wrong (Repair Case - CAS-237400-B8K1Y1)
I now have received the drone back and it has the exact same issues.
Took off and yep, toilet bowl effect, drone is circling about a 2m radius, forward flight veering left on brake, reverse flight veering right on brake. Numerous compass errors. I then tried a short waypoint flight and yep compass error mid mission so I had to get the drone back in ATTI mode.

I am just wondering how such an issue does not get picked up? Now I have the same issues, 2 big mapping jobs booked in for next month and I don't have a drone that I can safely complete the works with as using the intelligent flight functions is very unsafe if I am getting compass errors during every flight.
I see this as a major fault as I will not be able to use the drone for it's intended purpose as most of the work will be done while in f mode, regular compass failures will not be good. I can't have this drone going into atti mode all the time during missions.
So I pretty much have a 1400 toy that is useless to me for working with in it's current condition, with all the compass issues being reported I though DJI would have been a bit more onto this. How am I meant to get a refund or exchange if DJI don't want to find the issues. I would love to know how long the drone was "test flown" for as I pretty much got errors in the first 360 yaw I performed.
I am waiting for Kogan to conact me as I feel the only way out is a refund, are there any users out there who would accept theses issues?
