It's good to know how to do this but when do I have to callibrate the IMU?
I assume the IMU cillibration has been done by DJI.

IMU calibration is to be done when you notice the drone is not flying properly, i.e, not flying a straight line.  Also it's advised to calibrate it after you update firmware.

Ah.....see..that's helpfull information!
I'll add that to my maintenance list. I haven't updated my P1 in years. It's still flying okay...and if it aint broken.....leave it that way. Also I haven't got a clue what software to use with the Phantom 1.
I think I'll update that when I've got my Mavic Pro
