According to Ken I should send my z3 in...I guess I'm the only one experiencing issues-incredible-there is. O accountability...guess I'll call and send it in lmao

Yeah I was told months ago that this was going to get fixed. WTF DJI! DJI-KEN you want to stop giving contradictory information and actually post an official response? I am an industrial user meaning I don't have the time to send in a camera and have it go through limbo for a few weeks. Get it figured out for Christ's sake!

I just sent mine in to DJI per request of DJI Ken... on the Rcgroup forum Tahoe ed  has notified the powers that be about this issues. Why is it taking this long to fix...who knows?

Kens only trying to help. FYI...... just updated the new DJI Go App 3.0 but have not tried it yet.

bigdz ...please try the new DJI Go App 3.0 and let us know if they fixed the camera issues

Z3 is heading to DJI LA, when it's all said and done I'm sure they'll realize, it's not broken but requires a firmware update to fix the issues. It's so frustrating! And honestly shock DJI hasn't done anything to remedy these issues.

I saw your response about sending it into the shop after I posted my comment.  

They are really dragging their feet on this one. All I can surmise is that it must be a bigger problem than a simple fix.  Sorry man, keep us posted with the results of your experience.

Shouldn't have to send in a new product for repair that just doesn't work due to manufacturing faults.
This should be a world wide recall.

Okay guys, what's going on now with your Z3's?  I was a very early adapter and have gone thru some crazy things to get mine working properly.  Thought about sending it back several times.  I can say all the bugs are gone and the only issue I have is a lag which I can deal with and may get fixed down the road.  Believe me, I wanted to send this thing back.  Although there has not been much support, here are the major deal breakers that allowed me to eliminate the bugs.  First and foremost no one talks about.  1.  The SD card.  The SD card for my inspire 1/x3 does not work on the Z3.  The bugs with this were many.  A portrait view on my Samsung Galaxy Tablet, loss of horizontal c1 movement and more.  I use the original card that came with the Z3 and everything now works.  Somewhere in between I did a radio calibration, a gimbal calibration, and a reinstall of the newest version of the DJI go app, and all seems good now.

Lag and transmission break up were my issues...also  focus was off but I think it was because I never set the auto focus meter or whatever it's called.  I sent mine back to DJI when it returns I'll do what you suggested. Appreciate the post

Promised from day one there was a fix being worked ,  hear that ??? , nah , it is the sound of silence from DJI

Where did you buy it from?
If a retailer here in Oz, you have rights under the consumer protection act.

If from DJI directly, you have to make noise and make the case that it doesn't work as advertised.
