Hello. I recently (Friday 2016/9/23) purchased a DJI Phantom 4. On Saturday I activated the drone and Purchased DJI CARE to be safe. After hearing about the Mavic on Monday I returned the DJI P4.
Since I have returned the DJI Phantom and only had DJI care for 2-3 days, I wanted to get a refund for the DJI care. According to your policy If the drone is returned and if I can provide a receipt I should be able to get a refund. (which I have)
I have been in touch with your customer service and the representative keeps telling me I cannot transfer the DJI Care to another drone. I am not trying to transfer, I just want a refund since I just purchased it 2 days ago. I plan to purchase DJI Care again once I receive the Mavic.
