Hello,

I've got 2 batteries for my Phantom 2 Vision Plus. I won't be flying for 10 days. How should I ensure my batteries continue to stay in good shape? It's fully charged now.

P2V uses a smart battery. It will start to discharge after 10 days.
I have not flown my P2V for more then ten days(snowy weather here in Sweden), everything was fully charged, just checked my battery, its at 75% (three led).

It's also a good idea to clean the battery contacts every 10 or so flights. This cleaner works well:

You should never store them fully charged, thats a no go! Always at 50%

If you're running the latest battery firmware, your batteries will auto discharge to a safe level after in storage for 10+ days. So, storing them fully charged should be fine.

Can you specify what the latest battery firmware is?  Is this different to the quadcopter's firmware?  Thanks!

dji removed the battery Update i think, you man have the old version. Just charge it to 50% or drain the battery to 50%
