I don't know if the Phantom Standard has the ability.  Are you going through all the steps necessary?

I have the Phantom 3 Standard. I have the DJI Go app on an iPad mini, and have that option on my iPad when I'm connected to DJI Go, I have never tried to use it so I can't tell you if it works. My screen is different than the one in the video. But the live streaming is there. If I tap the live streaming button I can choose to livestream to Facebook, WeiBo, YouTube, and RTMP (custom).

He stated above, that he has never tried Live Streaming, so he can not tell you, Definately.
Do you have a device with Cellular ability?

Yes, that's why I asked you if your chosen device has a SIM card slot? ;-)

So... In Answer of your own question, you be the judge.

Anyway, without Lightbridge, your video streaming would be close range, at best.
Not that that's a bad thing, just stating the obvious. Ha

Yes, it´s possible but only on Iphones... Android systems can´t connect data via 3/4G together the RC wi-fii connection.

Like 12# said, only on iPhones with cellular data plans.
