Here's a little video I made last week with my P3P at Chesterton Windmill, near Leamington Spa.  

Conditions were fair but windy.  There was another bloke there trying  his P3 out for the first time. You'll catch glimpses of his machine.

At the gate there's a sign about (not) flying drones.  Not sure how much weight it would carry with the law though since it's a public right of way.

Oh right. Nope, didn't see the signs.  Mind you, places like that, people could fly from afar over it, and be nowhere near the place itself.

My thoughts exactly.  If you read it, you'll realise they're more than likely just after some extra income.  Just be careful giving them an excuse as it's not legal to fly within 50 metres of a structure without permission.

Would that be 'permission' or 'control' - thought it was structure under your control. If you know it's empty and you monitor the entrances you have control

Well yes, it's control, but you can't control a structure without permission from its owner.

Nice video good job, obviously there not reallly serious about no flying as both of ye missed the sign well done.

Thanks. Yeah, if they are drone blockers, it must be because prats with Cheerson CX-20s go there and crash all over the place. haha. Been there, one flew away.

Amazing video, great color and I really like the flying back in front of the windmill. It gives a zooming out effect.
