I've gotten the Unlimit app from DJI but I cannot get it to unlock my inspire. Do you have to be in the unlock location before you can download the license? I'm trying to download the license from home and it says "no sn XXXX licese" I'm hoping you don't have to be in the unlock zone before you can download the license?

You might get more help if you contacted the app developer as this is not a DJI app.

Yes it is - He is talking about a unlocked NFZ version supplied by DJI for a specific area/time

sorry my mistake , there is another third party app with the same name , i see he has it sorted now.

Yes the solution was DJI screwed up getting my SN number into their system. Eventually they said sorry for the mistake it should work now and the license was immediately accepted in the app.
