Does anyone plan to use their Nexus 6P or new Pixel phones with a Magic Pro? I've updated to Android N.

Yes but a small type c to usb convertor will be required if you want to use the side port on the controller  or you can always just go into the usb plug on the bottom of the controller with your type c cable that came with your phone.

Also lets wait for the app update. its not out yet .. hope it will be ready for prime time ..

I'll be using my Nexus 6P, they have a usb-c RC cable for $8 on their store. It takes 20-25 days to ship though.

Lets hope its not a cheap chinese USB-C cable that can destroy your nice shiny new phone! (Lots on Google about poor quality USB-c adapters and cables completely destroying equipment)
